Dachshunds Needing Homes Jan Seamons THE TRUTH

 If you don't have time to read in full, jump to the bottom where Jan is being told in December last year that Dejan was smuggling dogs, that dogs were not vaccinated and about sick dogs being homed. If you don't think there is anything wrong with this, that's your prerogative. Personally, I do as had she or DNH acted on that information, Dejan would not have been able to advertise Barnaby in January and Barnaby would probably still be with his original Serbian family (which included a young girl)  and not in quarantine.

Well, this is where it all started for Barnaby and me. A facebook group Dachshunds Needing Homes and one of their admin Jan Seamons.

My involvement with Jan started when she openly posted on DNH that I had stolen Barnaby from Dejan and should return him or the police would be involved.
As you all know, nobody stole Barnaby, Dejan was just concerned that Kristine, who I had bought Barnaby from, would not pay his fee and as I said from the start, for Dejan it was all about the money.

When I first spoke out on the issue of Barnaby being Serbian and on a Romanian passport, I called out the DNH admin Jan Seamons as I had been told by other adopters that she had been warned all was not right with the passports and as she actively involved herself on the group and in private chats with Dejan, should she not have taken it upon herself to ask Dejan about the issues during one of their chats?
Another issue I had with Jan and the admin Chevairl was their speed in which people on the group were shut down should they express concerns with regards to Dejan's operation.

As this saga has continued, some of the lies and nastiness exhibited by Jan has, in my opinion, shown her true character BUT the worst of her actions, in my eyes, has been the BLATANT LIE that she had no idea there were concerns over fake passports. Continuously, she has claimed no knowledge of fake passports and mocked others, including myself and basically "made things up" as she went along.

So here is proof that Jan did know there were concerns over fake passports, that Jan knew there were issues with sick dogs being brought in and that Jan was asked to convey these concerns to Chevairl as she was still actively persuading people to adopt dogs from Dejan.

This proof is in addition to Pete's adopters who sent Jan photos of her passport and raised concerns that Pete's passport had an error and that she thought it was fake.

Before we look at the further proof, lets look at exactly what Jan and Chevairl have been saying and correct the record on this:

Stop being dramatic Jan. You were never accused of dog smuggling, muddying the water there I think! You were actually accused of being complicit in allowing illegal dogs to come into the UK. That means you knew the dogs came from Serbia, you knew the dogs came in on Romanian passports. You knew people, including someone who had knowledge of Dejan's operation, were concerned that the passports were fake.  Regardless,  you did not investigate the concerns and instead you encouraged members to rehome dogs from Dejan and acted against those who spoke out. That in my book and many others, makes you complicit!

So Chevairl, did Jan pass on the concerns that Pete had been brought in on a Fake passport? About the sick dogs coming in? About people's concerns that the Romanian passports were fake? One person was actually worried that you would find yourself in an awkward situation should something like this come out whilst you were actively encouraging people to rehome Dejans dogs. I'm sure though Jan didn't want to risk you being put in that position as she is, as you claim, a good friend! So which is it, she was a good friend and informed you of the concerns but you carried on regardless meaning you too were complicit or was she not that good a friend and kept it from you? Would love to know the answer to that one!

So you were warned that Dejan was suspected of being a smuggler, you were warned his passports were fake, You were told he had been reported for this but Serbia was so corrupt that nothing got done about it and yet all you did was look at the vaccination part . REALLY JAN, SERIOUSLY JAN!

And there you have it Jan, how can you sit there and lie through your back teeth, incite people on your group to hate on me and anybody with concerns about Dejan. To brush off health concerns with dogs brought into this country and feel good about yourself as you pull the wool over everybody's eyes by playing the victim? You are not a victim, far from it, in my opinion, you are a devious, manipulative liar. You were told the passports were from Romania and of the concerns about them but why worry about the truth when you can live in your own little bubble surrounded by minions hanging on your every word.

(Yet again, Jan and Chevairl claiming they knew nothing about fake passports. If Jan informed Chevairl as requested in December, Chevairl would have known but it's very possible Jan kept the information to herself, either way Jan knew)

And welcome now to the world of fantasy! Jan is now the victim, attacked and libelled by Natcat, she has all her supporters around her hanging on her every word and so feels safe in spouting the biggest load of nonsense I have read yet! Let's pop this little fantasy bubble Jan with a shard of reality. TRF had nothing to do with fostering Barnaby from Dejan and you were well aware of that. You and your group were the Dejan supporters but why pass up on the chance to tarnish others reputations???

Fact, Dejan regularly homed dogs with no homecheck so don't get in a flap about that and if it is such an issue for you, take it up with Kristine Smith. I asked if there was a home check and on being told there wasn't, I PROVIDED photos at my suggestion and I gave a detailed description of my lifestyle and daily life. Further, both my daughter and I phoned Kristine so she had our contact numbers! Again, do not try and make something out of nothing! Finally, my daughter does not live in Birmingham and she is not allowed pets in her home so Barnaby lived with me just as her previous Daxie lived with me for 8 years. Is it really so difficult for you to understand that or was it just more nasty and vindictive lies in an attempt to vilify me?

Let's recap, I had already been libelled by Jan Seamons on numerous occasions, I had been given evidence that she knew about suspicions involving Dejan and fake passports, I knew she had fostered dogs from Serbia, I knew she was aware of issues with sick dogs and then I received several chats of hers and decided it time to write the facts in an attempt to address the lies and defamation Jan has cast on myself and others.

Not only had Jan been made aware of the issue with Pete's passport, she had been told of suspicions of dog smuggling, fake Romanian passports and several health and behavioural problems involving Dejans dogs. No doubt there will be the usual attacks and venom sprayed in my direction but that does not change the facts.
Jan and others called me naive, stated I went about this the wrong way and I should have had a quiet word with them instead. Laughable now isn't it! How many people had a quiet word with you over concerns with Dejan and what good did that do? Had I done so, no doubt I too would have been placated or dismissed and this mess would have continued to be swept under the rug.
( As a FB group of over 10,000 members, admin have great influence and therefore responsibilities. Should they choose to promote and support a foreign rescuer that is their decision. When one of Dejans UK homecheckers tells them Dejan is smuggling dogs and sending non vaccinated dogs, morally and ethically they could have and should have taken action.)
