Wags N Wet Noses
Last night I posted information on a UK operation ran by a woman Wendy Feather. She was brought to my attention by another Facebook member and kept coming up in my chats with those involved in Serbian rescue.
Wags N Wet Noses previously ran an operation involving Irish rescue dogs, they now specialise in "Balkan" dogs though these are Serbian dogs and not Hungarian or Bosnian as claimed. Like Barnaby, her dogs come through the illegal route with Romanian or Hungarian passports and are suspected of not being vaccinated or wormed.
I have numerous statements on Wendy's operation including who she works with, worked with in the past and these have been passed to the authorities. RSPCA have said she will be investigated.
One dog came in on a Romanian passport, no titer and had worms.
Another on a Hungarian passport having been told the dog spent 4 months in Hungary for "health checks" again, no titer and regardless of whether Wendy's 4 month doggie spa story is true, that dog should have a Serbian microchip and FAVN (titer) result. Any owner with a Serbian dog can check the titer results online

If you have a Serbian dog and your chip number does not show a result in here, time to start asking questions!
Further, Wendy has numerous fund raisers for kennels, supplies, treatments yet fails to state where they kennels are! Ekki Wellythump, a FB member has been investigating the financial side of Wendy Feathers operation for sometime and HMRC and other authorities have been contacted.
Jodie Fairbrother was supposedly being reported for a number of years before action was taken. Please don't let this be the same with this illegal importing, it's time to tell APHA that we want action, we want a replacement to their failed TRACE system and we want the people involved shut down!
